ALERT: REPORTS AGAINST OFFICERS AND SEXUAL ACTIVITY

 

INFORMATION SUBMISSION FORM

When filing a report, complaint and/or anonymous information submission, please be clear in nature as to what your report is regarding.

It is a violation of international 'NWO' Code Ordinance 10978.0(d) to provide false information and/or invalid as well as erroneous information to any enforcement agency. This violation may also infringe upon additional codes, ordinances and/or enforcement regulations punishable by correctional procedures, site and/or fine:

Be sure to place your name (including rank when applicable), email as well as subject. Any information helpful to our Data Collections Specialist (DCS) should be placed within the data entry area.

If this is a report for an occurrence directed toward our CONFLICT RESOLUTION department, please be sure to mention the place, time,  officer and/or agent involved, a description of what has occurred and how we may be of assistance in solving your situation.

If we did a good job, tell the world, however, if there is something we could improve on, please tell 'US'.     'Your Safety, Security as well as increased Credit Ability is our concern!'.

AGENT TRAINING, CLEARANCES and BADGE ASSIGNMENT

All U.S. Reporting Agency Ground Squad Agents (GSA) must complete the U.S. Reporting Agency Special Agent Training Coarse (SATC). Special Agent Training (SAT) schedule information is available upon request. For further information, email trainingoperations@usreportingagency.org. U.S. as well as international clearances are in the final stages of completion for agents completing the 2011 U.S.R.A. Academy. Badge assignment distribution will occur per team, per class and/or per Specialized Agent upon authorization from the Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) Assigned to your team, class, unit and/or Squad.
