PROPOSED SECURITY PROTOCOLS
U.S. Reporting
Agency
proposes security plan designed to assist Border Patrol, the military and Homeland
Security with safely securing border
perimeters as well as predetermined official
sectors within 10 Major U.S. cities and
other global territories that have been made
home for INTERNATIONAL U.S. OPERATIONS
citizens.
On November 26th,
2011, Ahjahman Banyon Rogers Frazier, head
Supervisory Directing Special
Agent (DSA) to the U.S.
Reporting Agency proposed
civilian and military trained special agents
(along with Black Operations units and
trained intelligence agents) join long term
U.S. security partners & the military in increasing
security on all U.S. Borders, Air Ports,
transportation hubs, Major U.S. city
governed downtown establishment(s) and other
locations that remain ‘CONFIDENTIAL’.
U.S. Reporting
Agency
Intelligence data suggest that increased
security protocols are necessary and a ‘MUST’
as Obama embarks upon his 1st Presidential
term conclusion, the fourth year. To continue,
maintaining safety and peace globally start
with insuring that our own security and
safety are maximized. Also, the increased
security is essential as INTERNATIONAL
U.S. OPERATIONS systems install socially
compliant financial locations designed for
distributing currency settlement awards as
well as community based assistance for
families outlined in the organizational
mission.
Even with
limited casualties, the U.S., having been
engaged in peaceful negotiations with global
countries, for more than 10 Years, The
military recruiting process has managed to
secure appropriate numbers sustaining normal
global military activity. This, however,
does not address increased ‘NEED’
within North America U.S. territories as our
melting cultural pot accepts increased
occupation by citizens from other countries
around the world.
The National
Guard Bureau and other military branches in
addition to Homeland Security are encouraged
to work diligently with the U.S.
Reporting Agency as ACU/BDU equipped
‘Ground Squad’ units with tags labeled ‘U.S.
Reporting Agency’ begin calculated
details in selected territories within the
U.S. and around the world.
The U.S.
Reporting Agency recruits civilian
assistance, police, military soldiers,
veterans and official global Agents from
other agencies as officers and/or agents
operating with the U.S. Reporting Agency.
The first
publicly announced training wave for U.S. Reporting Agency
recruits starts as early as the first
quarter, 2012 and will encourage military
tactical self defense training with a ‘Do
Not Disrupt’ policy that generalizes ‘Ground
Squad’ operational purposes initially as
observance units only unless military and/or
NWO Ordinance Code
regulatory guidelines demand corrections
intervention. |
