Code (GCEC).
In light of the changes in international
government, technological advancements, increases in

Artificial Intelligence (AI) as well as space science
research developments and discoveries, partners primary as
well as secondary, active as well as nominated such as
Rand
McNally,
FISUST,
NASA,
Intelligence Community (IC) Officers, Collective
Government, Security, Enforcement and Finance executives
have been called on to develop the 'NEW'
global code designed to provide provisionary standards
for an evolving world as well as an increasingly punctual
and upwardly mobile United International Nations.
The ordinances shall be completed in it's
accepted form within the 2009 calendar year published
upon completion for patron viewing.
