DIVERSION

U.S. Reporting Agency diversion programs have been designed to effectively position violators in a working environment in which corrections may be maintained with the most productive means of education, information as well as input possible provided by professionals able to assist the violator in question with as much supportive counseling necessary to correct the behavior pattern.

Have you received notice regarding a diversion coarse?

If you have received a diversion coarse notice, been detained by corrections agents whom have assigned a violation corrections diversion coarse and/or are the parent or guardian of a violator, please make a note of the violation and see to it that you and/or your child attends.

DIVERSION CLASS SCHEDULE

 

'BE ON TIME' to your diversion class assignment.

Your diversion class assignment is designed to assist you in performing necessary adjustments molded to fit your individual needs.

Diversion is also a means of providing a previously, under other codes and ordinances, defined violations punishable in the past by confinement with a viable means of operational functionality, freedom as well as livelihood while the violator is able to continue forward with social interaction while undergoing corrective procedural assistance.

If you do not appear for your diversion class, you may be subject to double fines as well as additionally severe corrections action imposed by International Corrections Executive (ICE).


AGENT TRAINING, CLEARANCES and BADGE ASSIGNMENT

All U.S. Reporting Agency Ground Squad Agents (GSA) must complete the U.S. Reporting Agency Special Agent Training Coarse (SATC). Special Agent Training (SAT) schedule information is available upon request. For further information, email trainingoperations@usreportingagency.org. U.S. as well as international clearances are in the final stages of completion for agents completing the 2011 U.S.R.A. Academy. Badge assignment distribution will occur per team, per class and/or per Specialized Agent upon authorization from the Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) Assigned to your team, class, unit and/or Squad.
