In the wake of 9/11 and the loss of tremendous economic management as a result combined with the astounding need for financial reform displayed in September, 2008 closing the doors on international Banking giants such as Merrill Lynch, Washington Mutual and many other long standing financial conglomerates new international Policies and Procedures, Ordinances, Acts, Regulations as well as guidelines regulating treasury currency distribution have been issued by the International U.S. Operations Executive Branch, International Intelligence Community (ICC) members and participating official partners of New World Financial Reform.

To prevent an anarchic delivery of financial change the introduction of currency politics and unnecessary compliance dialogue, the International U.S. Operations U.S. Reporting Agency as well as selected international officials have introduced detrimentally necessary ordinances and acts to balance operations of world currency distribution. The 'Sovereign Act of 2009' as well as the 'Native Currency Act' are provided by the International U.S. Operations Executive Branch Committee to provide a solution to enhanced financial 'FREEDOM' for a world of currency improvements.

For many of us, this means 'Freedom' from restrictions imposed by Federal regulation, Tax Exemptions and 'NO TERMS' agreements for credit purchase commitments. Ordinance Codes written to benefit (U.S.), Acts that represent our 'Rights to Freedom'!
