The International Credit Union Association (ICUA), commissioned by the International U.S. Operations Executive Branch, established with authorization to command trust power as well as 'power of attorney' over nearly $3 Trillion in International  Currency Value (ICV), provided 100% authoritative programs designed with the highest degree of control as it applies to currency value, programs, operations, representative presentation and encrypted electronic currency data.

Authority, defined as having the power to enforce or command, has been certified by International U.S. Operations Deputy director as compliant with international guidelines. (NWO) Ordinance codes as well as recent additions to International Currency Regulation (ICR) such as the 'Sovereign Act of 2009' and the 'Native Currency Act of 2009' internationally credible Officers, Agents and representatives maintain active in the placement as well as revision of code ordinances, regulatory guidelines, application updates, official appointments and universal verification.

The International Credit Union Association(ICUA) reserves the right to issue CREDIT UNION OPERATIONS CHARTERS(CUOC) to approved organizations acting as CREDIT Agents, representatives and/or certified CREDIT distributors as duly imposed by the CREDCHIT International in connection with the Executive Distribution Order issued by the International U.S. Operations Executive Branch.
